Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Sell all products and services
2) Successful background in Customer Engagement
3) Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals/Targets.
4) Handle all administrative aspects of the sales including: completing customer request, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
5) Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features.
6) Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Supervisor regarding local competition and product/service needs.
7) Handle service inquiries from customers.
8) Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
9) Ensure an extraordinary customer experience.
10) Knowledge of different computer skills
