Commi I/ Line Cook : The Line Cook is responsible for all aspects of their assigned cooking station: sets up & stocks product, cooks & presents dishes according to Company recipes, & cleans, sanitizes & maintains equipment, utensils & tools.
a. One year experience as a line cook preferred.
b. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
c. Ability to work effectively within a team.


Prep Cook / Commi II :
d. Restaurant experience preferred.
e. Ability to work effectively within a team.
f. Basic English reading and communication skills.
