    Position: Investor Relations & Communication Officer

    Conducts and reviews the entire events management preparations for general assembly meetings, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorship activities; corporate Social Responsibility; branding; media; newspaper advertisements, interviews and other ad-hoc events of IQ, GIS and MPHC to ensure completeness, accuracy, value-for-money and timeliness.
    Designs and constructs web pages/sites including incorporating graphic user interface features and other techniques. Maintain and provides ongoing design of the website, promos, annual reports, ad banners, newspapers and advertisement layouts and seasonal content in addition to any non-routine requests.
    Creating, designing, and maintaining websites; creation of site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS practices, placement and layout of web site pages given provided content and design and creation of relation database schemas.
    Prepares annual public relations, corporate social responsibility, events management and media communications plan for IQ, GIS and MPHC, to ensure that the companies maintain the desired level of public profile and fulfill their social mandates.
    Ensures the IQ, GIS and MPHC corporate brands and public profiles are consistent with the social mandate as envisaged by the Boards of Directors, by preparing, reviewing and/or endorsing all public material, external communications, website updates and events, including that of group companies and third parties.
    Prepares and reviews the IQ, GIS and MPHC Boards of Directors presentations prior to Manager sign-off, to ensure material is presented accurately, completely and appropriately and is released to Board members in accordance with the companies legal and governance obligations.
    Ensures that shareholders and other external stakeholders, like the Qatar Exchange and the media, are adequately informed of price sensitive information about IQ, GIS and MPHC by reviewing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports, presentations and trading statements and responses to queries.
    Develops applicable policies and procedures for the public relations, media including translation section to improve governance and practice within the section

    Experienced Required

    Graduate in Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies or other relevant areas.
    At least 5 years experience with at least two years in a similar, large / listed group of companies.
    Extensive liaison with external parties.
    Experience in adobe creative suite,
    Familiarity in Microsoft office,
    Strong Communication (both written and oral) and presentations skills.
    Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.
