Main Job Purpose: 
    Maintain a stable and reliable application suite to support the business unit. Build a working knowledge of the business processes as well as a broad range of software solutions and basic know-how of hardware. 

    Key Accountabilities: 
    Maintain alignment with the Global IT organization
    Work with functional business leaders to analyze and prioritize projects and enhancement requests
    Ensure that adequate user acceptance testing and where necessary regression testing is completed before introducing changes into production.
    Build Change Request forms for review by the Change Advisory Board and work with the Service Transition Analyst to manage change implementation.
    Support creation of compelling business case
    Identifying project interdependencies and prioritising appropriately
    Presenting ideas in a concise and focused manner
    Accurately translating business requirements into functional requirements
    Build specifications for business approval before commencing development efforts.
    Drive closure to open incidents and problems and ensure that appropriate resolution documentation is retained to expedite future service requests.

      • Strong influencing skills and ability to positively and sensitively work with stakeholders

      • Ability to overcome challenges in remote working such as overseas locations, cultural differences, split time-zones to ensure positive interactions (where relevant)
      • Effective delegation skills
      • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
      • Proficiency in English where this is not the native language
      • Highly effective planning and prioritization skills
      Experience Required:
      • Experience of financial transactions in a major ERP, COA setup and any country's local legal regulations is an added advantage
      • Experience and knowledge of relevant technologies to support the services
      • Extensive experience managing business relationships typically at the Director or Senior Manager level
      • Ability to define and shape operational processes and activities
      • Experience of internal supplier management and negotiation
      • Experience of Epicor ERP is an added advantage
