- Resolution of end user Desktop including installation, maintenance & support of computers, printers & all other user IT equipment.
- Ensure that all IT end user policy & procedures are implemented and adhered.
- Impart basic IT Training to users.
- Assist other team members in IT in testing of systems & roll out of applications.
- Responsible for Desktop on site issues/ Desktop Support.
- Candidate should have experience in providing IT services to 250+ users.
