- Should be able to develop IT strategy in support of compnay's mission and objectives
- Develop It business plan within the budget
- Manage procurement and implementation of hardware and software
- Evaluate all IT operation
- handle networking services LAN, WLAN, POP, PTP, PTMP etc.
- Network system application and security
- Able manage and implement IT projects
