1. To play a leading role in handling Healthcare IT projects by preparing site specific configuration, implementing & Pre Staging (Loading SW onto HW) and 
    2. To help customers to initiate Request for Proposal ( RFP) for upcoming tenders 
    3. To form business relations with third party local hardware vendors 
    4. To ensure customer satisfaction and customer quality requirements and issues of computer based project management tools and software to direct and manage RIS/PACS projects.
    5. To ensure compliance and adherence with customer guidelines and our Principal. process and policy requirements.
    6. Job includes Equipment scheduling, On-site system implementation, system integration and system start-up to Customer Care to handing over the Installation.
    7. Be the primary contact for the customer, take any customer calls (functionalities issues, SW applications issues, etc), to act as Customer Single Point of contact for any inquiries (Hw changes, workflow changes, etc) for all IT related Installations.
    8. Job responsibility involves 1st level troubleshooting, perform periodic Preventive Maintenance on system sold as per procedure, report any deviations to the remote Support Team of our Principal M/S Carestream Health Inc., & to keep records on system performances
    9. Work profile will not be limited only to healthcare IT but also in companys other IT related professional businesses
