Must have experience with software development for AML/KYC functions for Global application development with extensive experience in business, functional and people management. Independent and self-motivated, and has experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies. Strong programming knowledge is desired. Prior experience with capital market and financial data. Good exposure to Unix and SQL.
Tech skills:
Java, J2EE, Oracle. Mandatory Skills: Extensive experience in the architectural design Designing scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and Oracle. Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE, GWT, Spring & JPA. Business Process management (JBPM/OBPM), DROOLS, and MAVEN/ANT SDLC, unit testing, data analysis, defect management. Project planning & Team management.
Key Responsibilities: Development work for multiple parallel application stream to address regulatory and business need. Work with the Global team for development activities including requirement, design and development. Provide guidance and mentorship to the team members. Help in solving technical design/ development problems. Understanding of the functional requirement & existing design of the current application. Performs thorough impact analysis for the new changes requested and designing software components using Java/J2EE. Develop system as per coding standards and perform peer code review and unit testing and co-ordinate with other team members. Manage SIT/UAT coordination and Issue fixes. Prepare project plan/ WBS for the enhancements/ next release. Implement coding standard, perform design review and development code review. Partners with multiple project teams globally to ensure successful development of CitiKYC platform Process to manage the quality of the deliverables.
