- 1. Project controls, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, requirement of manpower for forecasts, proposals and change orders
2. Instrument data sheets, drawings, P& Ids, I/O wiring diagrams, charts, specifications, graphs, charts, etc.
3. Knowledge in Security System, BMS Access Control and CCTV
4. Assign work to the designers, drafters, engineers and coordinate them in the same
5. Ensure appropriate interdisciplinary coordination and efficient communication on roiects
6. Need to create broad range and independent contacts with vendors' representatives, clients, and project field personnel. Attend meetings with clients and management department
7. Support system engineering operations by designing, planning, developing, scheduling, installing and analyzing a company's instrumentation and electrical systems
8. Review the implementation of measuring devices or new control systems. Ensure each part is installed properly and conduct test runs before initiating actual operations
