- Job Description: Logistics operations: - Handle in bound and out bound logistics.
Handle logistics operation of heavy machinery like pilling rig, Kelly bar, Hydraulic Crane, Excavators, Shuttering material, Steel and aggregate from various destinations.
- Documentation: - Fulfilling the logistics rules and regulation, fill up form and invoice copy.
Prepare transporter work order in ERP.
Ware-house Management: - Physically check goods as per Invoice copy.
Prepare MIS Report in-bound and out-bound material received and dispatch in a day or month.
Co-ordinate with transporter on daily basis to deliver the shipment in right place and right time.
Co-ordinate with transporter for place vehicle in right time and right place.
Develop New Vendors like transporter.
Checking bills of transporter and submit in accounts department for release payment.
Responsible for daily dispatch control and transporter performance monitoring.
Delivery quality monitoring, fleet management and warehouse monitoring.
Tracking analysis, route fixation and calculation.
Negotiations of fright from transporter.
Stock transfer when required.
Managing lead time process.
Material supply to sites on all over Qatar.
Mobilization and De-mobilization of equipment, plant, machinery & vehicle.
Provide logistics technology or information for effective and efficient support of product, equipment, or system manufacturing or service.
Develop logistic metrics, internal analysis tools, or key performance indicators for business units.
Analyze or interpret logistics data involving customer service, forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, transportation, or warehousing.
Prepare or validate documentation on automated logistics or maintenance-data reporting or management information systems.
Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities.
Develop or maintain cost estimates, forecasts, or cost models.
Prepare logistic strategies or conceptual designs for production facilities.
