- Qualification : Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering
- Experience : Good experienced maintenance engineer worked in refineries, specifically in re-reefing used oil facilities, preferably for 10 years or more.
Knowledge :
Overall refineries equipment and machinery knowledge, installation, commissioning, function criticality, trouble identification & troubleshooting. More specifically for used oil re refining related facilities. Safety & Quality control management. broad knowledge in plant maintenance activates, including but not limited to:-
supervision, Preventive Maintenance Planning System (PMPS) and plant shutdown preparation scheduling, planning, execution, quality, time control & follow up. Material, spare parts procurement, storekeeping control system, purchasing, machinery overhauling, recycling old used spares up to reconditioning & shelving stage.
Follow, develop and update P&ID, process diagrams, piping configuration. Pipefitting & machining, producing &manufacturing new pieces in case of an emergency. Overall experience in Lath machine operating, grinding, metal cutting, torch cutting, welding, fabrication, Heat Exchangers maintenance, cleaning tubing & re-tubing.
Testing & inspection (T&I Program). Maintaining, cleaning & fixing boilers, heaters, strainers, HVAC, chillers, colors, tanks, fin fans, AC systems (window/split), mixers, columns, compressors, production & fire system pumps, flanges repair & Casketing, sampling points, fire hydrants inspection and repairs. Scaffolding assembly, erection & dismantling. Simple and quick fix knowledge of plumbing, cinerary, water circulation, irrigation & carpentry in-house jobs.
Required administrative knowledge, skills & abilities.
Has the ability and knowledge of developing, updating, adjusting and controlling staffing shift scheduling
Knowledge in basic computer. I.e. word, excel, PowerPoint & internet (at least). Problem solving, good experience and ability in handling manpower issues. I.e. right person for the right job, replacement table for future staffing positions gap filling. Staff & developments advocator. Good reporting & effective writing skills. Has leadership, analytical, problem solving, delegation & empowerment skills. Broad minded, looking always for new ideas, methods up-to-date day to day events related technologies.
