- Position: Maintenance & Prod. Manager for injection and Stretch Blow Molding Machines for production of PET Preform and Blowing of PET bottles in Nigeria
- Job description:
Maximize production and minimize factory operational problems to improve plant efficiency by maintaining the machines in running conditions.
- Preventive maintenance and annual maintenance. Team leader, day to day factory operations and maintenance including labour, cost control, inventory control & customer satisfaction.
- Hand on experience on Injection molding machines Ferromatic, CSD & Huarong and Stretch Blow Molding Machines CSD Semi-automatic, Micro pet semi-automatic, Aoli automatic & Chum power automatic for production of PET preforms and PET bottles.
- Must be Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering & CIPET with 8-10 years shop floor experience of Maintenance and production and assembly lines.
- Experience of working in Injection and Blow Moulding manufacturing products industry specially PET Preforms and blowing of bottles from preform and other blow moulding products.
- Good exposer / sound knowledge of maintenance is desirable.
- Leadership quality, analytical approach, Sincere, honest, hard working and result oriented.
