- Able to run Bar and billing, POS operation.

- Maintain all accounting practice to the highest standard & adopt acceptable accounting practice

- 5 years experience with Hospitality marketing experience.
- French language preferable.
- Capacity to fill the hotel by 80 to 90% occupancy.
- Manage to promote and sale all our selling feature like Room/F-B
- Hotel Operation in Charge
- Candidate should be Hotel management graduate.
- 5 year experience on the same post.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Fidelio and MS office.
- Efficient in guest relationship
- Motivate the team to understand guest need and surpass their expectation
- Able to handle team of 10-12 multinational staffs like-chambermaid/ waitress/ laundry attendant/ maintenance in charge/ Accountant/ Security/ Store/ Chef/ Front office in charge.
- Cook
- Able to handle Indian/Continental food and will be trained on local Creole food preparation.
- Able to decide recipe, preparation of Menu, to prepare quality tasty food for hotel guest and Food presentation should be decent to match highest hotel standard
- Mindful of Kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, food quality, kitchen health and safety norms.
- Handling costing for the food menu
- 6+ years experience
- Manage to communicate with client, if required.
