   Spinning -Diploma in Textile Technology with 5 yrs exp in Spinning in a large Textile Unit-Responsible for handling production, quality and maintenance in shifts.
4. Tsudakoma In charge 
   Diploma in Textile Technology with 5 years exp in Tsudakoma looms-Achieve target efficiency and required quality; Control damages and waste generation; Loom planning, raw material and spare parts inventory; Preventive maintenance planning of looms.
5. Tsudakoma Technician 
   Degree or diploma in Engineering with 5 yrs exp in Tsudakoma looms-Maintenance of Tsudakoma looms
6. Picanol Technician 
   Degree or diploma in Engineering with 5 yrs exp in Picanol looms-Maintenance of Picanol looms
7. Electronic Engineer 
   Degree or diploma in Engineering with 10 yrs exp-Manage electrical and electronic issues in weaving preparatory and loom shed with PICANOL and TSUDAKOMA looms.
8. Shift In charge- Printing 
   Diploma in Textile Technology with 5 yrs exp-Responsible for handling production, quality and maintenance in shifts.
9. Kier Operator 
   Diploma or ITI with 5 yrs exp -Operating 2-3 kiers. Should have knowledge of related chemicals
