Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer

  1. Conduct Hands-On, Develop, Implement & Maintain proactive preventive & predictive maintenance program for all Refrigeration & HVAC plant eqpts in accordance with manufacturers' requirements
  2. Perform comprehensive surveys of all Refrigeration & HVAC systems and equipment for all plant facilities, observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy
  3. Perform continual field checks to observe that PM work scopes are performed completely, demonstrating quality workmanship. Update PM scope/schedules as per equipment/systems change.
  4. Monitor work order volumes for reactive/corrective & preventive maintenance at start of program and at specific intervals to track impact of program.
  5. Summarize and present finding as requested to illustrate benefits on the PM Program.  PM Program work scope includes staff performed work and contractor performed work
  6. Identify specific time periods for performance of preventive maintenance to minimize disruption of normal operations, yet schedule preventive maintenance work throughout the entire year
  7. Ensure PM work orders are being assigned and scheduled in accordance with the intervals established during program implementation.
  8. Monitor & Ensure completion for all Corrective/Preventive Maintenance work orders, following up on any work orders not being performed in accordance with established schedule. 
  9. Develop and execute maintenance repair operation (MRO) spare parts strategy for the plant, including reordering, receiving inspection and stocking items Supervise new projects /modification for refrigeration & hvac plant and systems as per production requirement.
  10. Track cost benefits of PM Program to illustrate effectiveness of the program. 

Mechanical Engineer

  1. Conduct Hands-On, Develop, Implement & Maintain proactive preventive & predictive maintenance program for Utility equipments & systems - DI Plant, Water Treatment Plants, Water Filtration stations , Water pump stations, Liquid sewage disposal systems in accordance with established standards and manufacturers' requirements
  2. Supervise new projects /modification for Utility systems as per requirement. Track cost benefits of PM Program to illustrate effectiveness of the program. 
  3. Perform comprehensive surveys of all plant Utility equipments & systems as mentioned above , observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy
  4. Perform continual field checks to observe that PM work scopes are performed completely, demonstrating quality workmanship. Update PM scope/schedules as per equipment/systems change.

Electrical PDS Supervisor/ Electrical Engineer

  1. Conduct Hands-On, Implement and perform Corrective maintenance for all electrical equipment in accordance with manufacturers' requirements
  2. Troubleshoot, Repair, Test and Maintain Electrical Power and Lighting Distribution equipments and systems, Electrical Grounding Systems to evaluate performance according to functional capabilities of parts, assemblies or systems and record their results
  3. .Inspect, Assemble, Install, Modify Electrical Power and Lighting Distribution equipments and systems and Electrical Grounding Systems according to engineering principles and data.
  4. Perform comprehensive surveys of electrical systems and equipment, observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy
  5. Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance for Electrical Power & Lighting Distribution equipments/systems, Electrical Grounding Systems
  6. Can analyze & prepare system details such as schematics, calculations, layout drawings, cable schedules, schematic diagrams and connections details.
  7. Prepare & Analyze technical specifications & BOQ for electrical (LV/MV), to perform required installation and maintenance
  8. Monitor work order volumes for reactive/corrective & preventive maintenance at start of program and at specific intervals for completion on time.
  9. Monitoring & Supervising execution of projects for timely completion and Ensure proper interdisciplinary coordination and effective communication on projects.
  10. Any and all Main Tasks,Tasks & SubTasks as per Dept QMS manual

Electrical Control Engineer

  1. Conduct Hands-On, Implement and Provide proactive preventive & predictive maintenance for all Electrical Controls equipments in accordance with manufacturers' requirements
  2. Troubleshoot, Repair, Test & Maintain Electrical Controls equipments & systems to evaluate performance according to functional capabilities of parts, assemblies or systems & record results. Familiarisation with VSDs, PLCs, Soft Starters & Inverter Drives and other Controls.
  3. Inspect, Assemble, Install, Modify Electrical Controls equipments and systems according to engineering principles and data.Prepare & Observe compliance with the Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Plan.
  4. Perform electrical & controls calculations related to systems & equipments Perform scheduled Preventive & Corrective Maintenance for Electrical Controls equipments & systems in the factory
  5. Analyze & prepare system details such as schematics, calculations, layout drawings, cable schedules, schematic diagrams and connections details.
  6. Prepare & Analyze technical specifications & BOQ for electrical & controls  to perform required installation and maintenance Perform comprehensive surveys of electrical & controls systems and equipment, observing and documenting condition and maintenance adequacy
  7. Supervise & Monitor execution of electrical control projects for timely completion. 
  8. Any and all Main Tasks, Tasks & SubTasks as detailed in the Department QMS
