CAD Operator Mechanical

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

The Candidate should be Graduate degree in Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil with AutoCAD.
Having good knowledge of AUTO CAD and having relevant exposure on Auto component industries, & minimum 5 years experience in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
Gulf experience preferred.

Maintenance Planner

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.

The role of the Maintenance Planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. It takes a professionally trained Maintenance Planner carefully planning and scheduling work to maintain the designed reliability of equipment. Instrument Engineer

Instrument Technician


Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.
  • 1) Inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs electric, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems used to indicate, record, and control generating operations in conventional or nuclear power electric generating plant: Inspects meters, indicators, and gauges to detect abnormal fluctuations.
  • 2) Tests accuracy of flowmeters, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, controllers, radiation counters or detectors, and other recording, indicating or controlling instruments to locate defective components in system, using test equipment, such as pressure gauges, mercury manometers, potentiometers, pulse and signal generators, oscilloscopes, transistor curve tracers, and ammeters, voltmeters, and wattmeters.
  • 3) Traces out and tests electronic solid state and vacuum tube circuitry and components to locate defective parts in analog and digital, protection, or radiation monitoring systems, using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • 4) Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using handtools. 
  • 5) Reassembles instruments and replaces instruments in system, using handtools.
  • 6) Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.
  • 7) Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function. 
  • 8) Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
  • 9) Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits, and systems.
  • 10) May be designated according to type power plant as Nuclear-Plant-Instrument Technician; Instrument Repairer, Steam Plant.
Millwright


Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.

1) Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.
2) Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
3) Connect power unit to machines or steam piping to equipment, and test unit to evaluate its mechanical operation.
4) Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
5) Assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
6Position steel beams to support bedplates of machines and equipment, using blueprints and schematic drawings, to determine work procedures.
Signal crane operator to lower basic assembly units to bedplate, and align unit to centerline.
8) Insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, or position parts, using hand tools and measuring instruments, to set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts.
9) Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
10) Attach moving parts and subassemblies to basic assembly unit, using hand tools and power tools.
11) Assemble machines, and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten them to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.
12) Lay out mounting holes, using measuring instruments, and drill holes with power drill.
13) Bolt parts, such as side and deck plates, jaw plates, and journals, to basic assembly unit.
14) Level bedplate and establish centerline, using straightedge, levels, and transit.
15) Dismantle machines, using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools.
16) Shrink-fit bushings, sleeves, rings, liners, gears, and wheels to specified items, using portable gas heating equipment.
17) Dismantle machinery and equipment for shipment to installation site, usually performing installation and maintenance work as part of team.
18) Construct foundation for machines, using hand tools and building materials such as wood, cement, and steel.
19) Install robot and modify its program, using teach pendant.
20) Operate engine lathe to grind, file, and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.

Rigger

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.

1) Align, level, and anchor machinery.
2) Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools.
3) Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, and gin pole booms, using bolts and clamps.
4) Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chainfalls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
5) Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use.
6) Fabricate, set up, and repair rigging, supporting structures, hoists, and pulling gear, using hand and power tools.
7) Manipulate rigging lines, hoists, and pulling gear to move or support materials such as heavy equipment, ships, or theatrical sets.
8) Select gear such as cables, pulleys, and winches, according to load weights and sizes, facilities, and work schedules.
9) Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials.
10) Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
11) Tilt, dip, and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under, and/or around obstacles, using multi-point suspension techniques.
12) Clean and dress machine surfaces and component parts.
13) Install ground rigging for yarding lines, attaching chokers to logs and then to the lines.

Mechanical Technician

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.
  • Carries out maintenance and testing activities
  • Fault-finding and repair of plant, systems and equipment
  • Modifies, repairs or replaces plant, systems and equipment
  • Participates in Risk Assessments  as part of Integrated Safe System Of Work (ISSOW) / Permit to Work preparation
  • Interprets technical drawings
  • Prepares reports on work done
Role is vital to the safe and effective delivery of offshore production/onshore processing of oil and gas or in ensuring that plant and equipment used onshore and offshore is in a safe condition and meets safety and technical standards.  They can be based offshore, at an oil and gas processing plant or at onshore yard/workshop sites.

Re Winding Technician

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.
  • Perform on site and /or in shop troubleshooting, testing, calibration, programming, repair, estimate, or replacement of motors, controls, VFDs and select instruments.
  • Read, understand, and modify, electrical prints and electronic schematics.
  • Perform on site start-ups and operator training.
  • Use test equipment such as multimeters, meterscope, simulators, and power supplies.
  • Practice all codes, technical requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Submit required forms, reports, and documentation.
  • Build or test VFD and control panels.
  • Promote a culture of excellent customer service and look for opportunities to broaden relationships or sales opportunities with new and existing customers

Electrician

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma

1) Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
2) Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
3) Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
4) Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
5) Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
6) Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
7) Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations.
8) Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
9) Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

Civil Foreman

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Should manage large public construction projects like communication towers.
Shiold be able in supervising crews of workers to ensure that projects proceed smoothly.
Should be able to contributes the knowledge gained from education and work site experience to see to it that the crew is working safely and efficiently to complete projects on time.

CNC Machine Operator

Minimum 5 Years exp. in Petrochemical & chemical Industry.

Qualification:- ITI or Diploma.

Should be able in monitoring and operating CNC (computer numerically controlled) lathe machines to cut metal and plastic parts for the manufacturing industry.
Entry-level operators load materials, such as blocks of titanium, steel, aluminum, or plastic, into CNC machines to be shaped.

Should be able to calculate the amount of material to be fed into the machine, and make adjustments to the operating speed based on vibrations and sounds that may indicate a malfunction.
Inspects the fabricated part to make sure that it matches specification.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, and often operate multiple machines.
