Ten (10) years experience in Health, Safety and Environment in a reputable company preferably in GCC, five (5) year of which should be in managerial position in a construction company in geographical areas including oil and gas fields.

QA/QC Engineer
Ensure that work / projects are delivered based on good work practices and project specifications to guarantee completion of work at the given time with quality of work that meets or even exceeds the client’s expectations by implementing international quality standards plans and quality procedures in all the construction activities.
•Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent course
•With at least five (5) years of experience in the field of Road Construction.
• Sufficient Knowledge of work related standards, specifications, and quality systems such as: ISO 9001,
• Good knowledge on QCS2007, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI and AASHTO
•Ability to prioritize and multitasks as well as proactive and deadline-oriented
•Knowledge in AutoCAD
• Knowledge in Primavera
• Ability to communicate effectively (English and/or Arabic)
•Preferably with GCC experience
QS Engineer
Contribute to the technical activities of contract/ tender preparation, evaluation and execution such as preparing and evaluating the most economic cost and competitive selling rates for tender project to be able to maximize the probability of award, evaluating quantity take offs, preparation of the Monthly Valuation or billing for each project, management of costs relating to building and engineering projects, implement required standards and quality for each project, establish cost of installation, materials and workmanship and presentation of best offer/quotation to ensure that the company’s interest is always prioritized.
•Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent course
•With three (3) years work experience with exposure to civil engineering projects
•Experience in Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis, Cost Forecasting and Cost Reporting.
•With good background in Costing/Estimating Software, AUTOCAD and PRIMAVERA
•Knowledge on the Methods and Standard Codes of Practice on Quantity Surveying
•Knowledge of the different construction methods, materials, machineries and equipment
•Ability to write clear and precise reports

Senior Planning Engineer
Prepare a conducive and well defined program (plan) of work that meets the project requirements and milestones using planning software to ensure that construction is completed safely to a high technical standard, mitigating possible project risks and delays that may arise during construction, and also responsible for specifying the timing of the contract.
•Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent course
•With minimum 5 years’ experience in road construction projects, two (2) years of which should be in Planning, Scheduling and Costing
• With background in Primavera 6.0 or 6.7 and AutoCad
• With knowledge in Engineering Fundamentals and Principles and Practices of Planning
•Knowledge in Principles and practices of research and date collection
•Familiar with local and international standards in construction
•Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written

•Extensive knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices, procedures and techniques and governing laws.
•Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and tools and proficiency in skilled construction, maintenance and repair tasks.
•Knowledge of Engineering fundamentals and applications; construction engineering policies and procedures; pavement and infrastructure concepts and methods.
•Knowledge on Safety practices, procedures and codes
•Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitasks; proactive and deadline-oriented.
