PROJECT MANAGER :
B.E/M.E CIVIL with 15+ yrs Experience in building construction, villas, mall, commercial tower, high rise building .(min 5+yrs in UAE/GULF Experience is must) BUDGET & CONTROLS,DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES,DESIGN,PROJECT BUDGET,INTERFACE EITH GOVERNMENT & UTILITY COMPANIES,ARCHITECTURAL.
WORKS/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER:
B.E CIVIL with 10+ yrs Experience in building construction, villas, mall, commercial tower, high rise building Responsible for the overall supervision, control and monitoring of all site based activities This includes ensuring daily, weekly and project based outputs and targets are achieved. Work is carried out in strict accord with HSE policy and procedures and delivered to the specified quality standards. Close coordination, communication and control is required with the Project Manager and supply chain to meet these objectives.
PLANNING ENGINEER:
B.E CIVIL with 10+ yrs Experience in building construction, villas, mall, commercial tower, high rise building .experience in using P6 (Primavera project planning) Excellent with MS Office. The Planning Engineer is required to develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities, in conjunction with the Project Manager, in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely, and on budget.
SENIOR ENGINEER :
B.E. Civil with 12+ yrs Experience in building construction, villas, mall, commercial tower, high rise building . Responsible for the Management and Engineering Control of the Project. This includes the control and provision of information in order to meet the site programme. The planning, control and management of both on and off site resources.
SENIOR FOREMAN:
Dip in civil with 9+ years of experience in construction industry out of which the last 4 year should have functioned in the similar capacity To provide and ensure the effective delivery of production within the section, ensuring materials are available and monitored and stored correctly to avoid delay to the project.
CAD TECHNICIAN / DRAUGHTS PERSON:
B.E / DIPLOMA IN CIVIL 5+ years of experience of which the last 2-3 years should have worked in the same role. Experience in the UAE/Gulf preferred. Experience or knowledge of Microstation is an advantage. Experience of Precast and 3D modeling is an advantage. Responsible for managing the consultants / architect, subcontractors and detailers information, programme, planning and co-ordination of works, ensuring practical design co-ordination for site works
