Procurement Officer

1. Procurement of materials as per site requirements and specifications at comparative rates within stipulated time with reference to indents and budgets.
2. Assisting Procurement Manager in Vendor Development and Vendor Evaluation
3. Ensure ISO and ERP System implementation/compliance in his domain.
4. Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date.
5. Review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers.

Senior Engineer - Structural

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reporting to the Design Manager for all Structural design engineering aspects of the project.
• Review of the various consultants concept and design drawings and provide value engineering services to reduce costs and optimize designs.
• Review coordination of the Structural design with mechanical and electrical designs to ensure compatibility.
• Monitoring all structural engineering and civil aspects of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards.
• Liaising with the other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance as required.
• Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes.

Job Description
1. Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
2. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
3. Generate the various document control reports as required.
4. Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs
5. Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable

QA/QC Engineer

1. Assisting the QAQC Manager/PM in the preparation and updating of project quality plan.
2. Communicate the quality requirement to the sub contractor's through project director.
3. Checking and confirming the drawings and materials using at site are approved by client / consultant.
4. Control of quality records and preparing monthly QA/QC reports.
5. Carry out project and site store inspections in line with company procedure.
6. Confirming the status and assuring the inspections are ready for consultant’s inspection.
7. Conduct such inspections and tests as may be required in conformance with the project inspection and test plan.
8. Maintain a log for the inspections carried out.
9. Inviting and accompanying consultant at the time of inspections.
10. Attending monthly project progress review meeting to discuss the quality related issues at project.
11. Update QAQC Manager/PM about the project quality related issues and other requirements.

Sr. Planning Engineer / Dy. Planning Manager

Purpose: 
To initiate the project work by controlling and monitoring activities according to the project plan generated, and closing the project after completion as per contractual requirements


Responsibilities : 
• Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, manufacturing and construction disciplines. 
• Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required. 
• Understand WBS structure , and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling ,cost estimating and project control. 
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software. 
• Create master schedule for the execution of the project
• Provide consultation to project design team regarding the prioritization of Civil / Structural jobs
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule. 
• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment and material ) availability, production and construction sequences.

Purpose: 
To maintain high standards in safety practices throughout the project sites, and provide optimally safe working conditions for all staff and workmen assigned to the project
Responsibilities: 
 Minimise all open and unprotected high-risk areas in project zones and sites
 Hold Site Engineers accountable for ensuring worker safety practices 
 Act on information from the Project Director to meet requirements for safety in line with the project’s contractual objective
 Supervise and guide Safety Engineers for continuously improving safety inspection processes
 Conduct monthly safety meetings involving Site Engineers and Construction Managers
 Receive daily site inspection reports from Safety Engineers
 Compile weekly safety engineer reports and submit to the Region Office
 Conduct random safety checks every week of project site and zones along with the Main Contractor
 Conduct training to create and sustain safety awareness at site
 Initiate an investigation in case of minor or major accidents
 Ensure the availability of medical attention for all workers on site

MEP Engineer

Job Description
Monitoring all mechanical, Electrical, HVAC engineering of the project to ensure compliance with the approved and proper standards.
• Monitoring all subcontract activities to ensure quality and progress are maintained.
• Coordinate with all Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC Engineers and MEP subcontractors to complete work in accordance with programme requirement.
• Ensuring scheduling and allocation of resources is sufficient to meet programme deadlines.
• Review short term planning and progress and advise Project Manager/Project Planning Manager of any difficulties/shortfalls in output.
• Management of materials and equipment delivery.
• Coordinating meeting with MEP Coordinator and subcontractors to organize work on day to day, week to week basis.

Land Surveyor

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Managing all land surveying activities and staffing; responsible for ensuring best practices are followed and quality assurance goals are obtained; as well as participate in development of best practices as related to land surveying. 

• Should be able to handle Survey Equipments like G.P.S. (Sokkia, Leica, Topcon and Trimble), Total Station (Leica T C 407, TC1100, Sokkia type Set 3-C, Set 2-C, Power set-2010, 3300, 530RK, Nikon 522), Theodolite (different types), Leveling instruments (Auto level, Dumpy Level & Digital Level). 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish main control stations at commencement of project and ensure checks are carried out every week to check the integrity and accuracy of those stations.
• Identify obstructions to work areas and forward solutions for overcoming such obstructions.
• Prepare and maintain daily sketches, maps, reports and records of surveys in order to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed.

Senior Finishing Engineer 

Supervising contractor / suppliers and coordinating with their representatives at site for timely delivery of the project as per the approved design.
• Should be thorough with the drawings and BOQ’s and ensure the execution as per the specification.
• Tracking all material deliveries including the Vendors and their suppliers to ensure the material reached at site within the schedule. 
• To strictly follow and ensure implementation of Synergy procedures.
• Monitoring the inward / outward material proof / delivery challans / Bills
• Ensure contractors are complied with Site safety as per HSC standard and proper housekeeping of the project.
• Site Logistics in coordination with developer / Property managers / contractors. Ensure fit out guide lines are met 
• Checking the materials as specified and a proper work method is carried out and ensure the best quality fit out project.
• Periodical joint measurement with contractor and recording them and bill certification.
• Scheduling, planning & tracking for Construction & fit out projects 
• Effective coordination with multiple agencies including Client, Architects, consultants and various vendors on a project and risk assessment and Critical review. 
• Responsible for generation of weekly reports, monthly reports, minutes of meeting, strategic and statistics report, documentation, etc.
• Ensure that the milestones are met and fit out project is carried out in the specified period and approved design with desired quality.
• Assist to project costs involved in extra work on site during the fit out process.
