- Identify new vendors and report to HODs periodically in order to obtain competitive rates.
- Ensure vendors registration, approval and evaluation at all times.
- Ensure timely receipt of LOIs / material requisitions. 
- Ensure timely issuance of LPOs against relevant LOIs.
- Ensure timely receipt of invoices from vendors and their payments.
- Ensure records being maintained monthly for site / store stock. 
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to site. 
- Ensure quality of material up to the standard using relevant tools / reports.
- Ensure maintenance of tools / hand tools / equipment etc.
- Observe compliance to budget strictly.
- Ensure adequate stock for office supplies.
- Submit monthly purchase reports – category wise / project wise to GM

Procurement Executives

- Prepare and issue LPOs strictly against material requisitions / LOI. 
- Identify new vendors.
- Continuous follow-up for delivery of material for all projects.
- Continuous follow-up for invoices from vendors.
- Continuous follow-up for delivery orders from sites.
- Prepare and submit monthly purchase reports to purchase manager.
- Ensure receipt of monthly stock reports from various sites and stores.
- Coordinate with site team for timely delivery of materials to site.
- Assist / coordinate with Project Engineers for obtaining materials submittals, samples, O&M Manuals etc.
- Maintain good condition of tools and equipments and conduct preventive maintenance as per supplier’s recommendations.
- Assign number codes for tools / equipments / scaffoldings.

Safety Steward

• Assist the Safety Officer on Project Safety system.
• Find out applicable legal compliance pertaining to the project Safety aspects. 
• Carryout Risk Assessment.

• Conduct regular tool box talks
• Safety rounds as per E3

Safety Officer

The Safety Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. 

The Safety Officer will correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority, although the Safety Officer may exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required. 

The Safety Officer maintains awareness of active and developing situations.

The Safety Officer ensures the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.

The Safety Officer ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.

Applicants must have a Diploma in Fire and Safety Engineering, NEBOSH, & IOSH, with at least 3 years experience in a similar position in MEP Company. 
Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi. 
A valid driving license is a must.

Storekeeper

Under direction, performs a variety of receiving stocking activities; stores and distributes supplies and equipment; maintains inventory and stock records.
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received. 
Annual stock- taking.

Candidate should have worked as a storekeeper in mechanical or Contracting company in Gulf for a minimum of 2 years. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 
ITI qualified would be preferred.
Should have experience in store keeping activities. Should be computer savvy with knowledge in MS word / MS Excel.

Project Director

 Overall responsibility of the project from commencement to the handing over and up to end of DLP.
 Preparation of PIMS for approval of Management Representative
 Mobilization of the project.
 Arrange all MEP, Architectural and structural construction drawings and hand over to the Drawing Office. 
 Ensure all contract documents, latest revision drawings, ISO manuals are made available at site at all times.
 Study of subcontract agreement, Conditions of Contract etc. 
 Review and submission of Project Study Report to OM.
 Preparation and submission of OC in coordination with OM.
 Preparation and submission of organization chart along with CVs.
 To coordinate with legal department to instate insurances, if any. 
 To plan and direct various construction activities.
 Attend weekly progress / technical meetings. 
 Submission of weekly / monthly reports to OM. 
 Maintain healthy and positive environment at site. 
 Attend negotiation meetings with HODs.
 To submit safety reports to Main Contractor.
 To submit safety reports to HR / OM. 
 Timely response to the correspondences from Main Contractor / Consultant / Client or any other parties related to the project. 
 Continuous review of budget / resources
 To arrange subcontractors, preparation of subcontract agreement, etc.
 Follow up for monthly payments.
 Coordinate for DLP snag lists from MC / Consultant.
 Project closeout and final account.
 Demobilization
 Follow up of final certificate & subsequent payments from Main Contractor / Consultant.
 Handing over of the project to maintenance dept. for DLP.
 Nomination of project MR.
 Ensure and coordinate for internal audit for ISO.

Total 15 years and above experience required. With 7 years Gulf experience. Previous work experience should be from MEP contracting company. BE/Tech. (Mechanical or Electrical) degree is a must. Capable of handling Project works at site. Having Project Management Skills.

Senior Project Engineer - Electrical

 Preparation of Project Study Report as per standard format.
 Preparation of Material Log
 Preparation of Budget
 Collection and study of shop drawings.
 Floating enquiries and obtain back-up quotations from suppliers for material finalization. 
 Preparation of comparison statement along with technical & commercial evaluation and onward submission to HOD. 
 Obtaining approvals of drawings / material submittals from concerned authority / consultant.
 Raising RFIs (Request for Information) in coordination with drafting and Project Manager. 
 Manpower planning. 
 Verification of materials received at site. 
 Raising Purchase Requisitions as per specification / drawings. 
 Arrangement of material for use on site for smooth continuation of work.
 Review of Method Statements / ITPs for the project.
 Attend regular coordination / progress meetings.
 Timely preparation of variations
 Supervision of works at site, and progress of work as per clause 14 Program
 Arrange/Schedule inspection of works by the Consultant at site upon raising of RFI.
 Maintaining proper records of testing & commissioning of individual systems for onward submission.
 Preparation & submission of monthly subcontract certificates.
 Ensure compliance to handing over snags.
 Preparation & submission of O&M manuals.
 To hand over the marked up drawings as per site conditions to the drawing department.
