- Excellent technical skills on networks, primarily related to Cisco routing, switching, security, and wireless LAN products to include Catalyst and Nexus family of product.
- Expert in VOIP, VPN and firewalls like ( Cisco ASA , Sonic wall , etc.)
- Knowledge of Blue Coat , F5 , Juniper is added advantage
- Network design and establishment, including: LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN solutions, etc.
- Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IP-MPLS/DCN network issues independently.
- Work with Cisco-TAC, partners and Third parties for technical support and troubleshooting to escalated cases.
- Preparation, presentation and impact analysis on design changes and Network issues.
- Communicate and document the root cause analysis of incidents and escalated issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering or other technical field
- Minimum CCNP networking certified.
Experience: Min. 5 years of experience.
