To achieve safe, consistent, compliant and excellent delivery of FM services in accordance with contractual SLAs and KPIs; considering ensuring energy conservation, quality management, budget targets and programme constraints imposed by the Senior FM/FM and the Client.

    Successful delivery of contracts shall include but not be limited to; 
    managing the on going contract delivery in accordance with contractual and statutory requirements,
    adherence to all Health and Safety Company and statutory regulations/ policies in coordination of HSE department. 
    adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures,
    formalising and maintaining contract specific documentation such as PPM schedule and health and safety documents,
    using company CAFM systems to monitor and report performance of the asset,
    Implementing contract specific continuous improvement strategies, focusing on improved efficiency, reducing energy consumption and value added services.
    To achieve the KPI and Service Level Agreement as agreed with the client.
    Ensure the implementation and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Clients or Tenants
    Ensure the implementation of Risk assessment for all activities
    Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
