- BE Mechanical Engineer with 12 yrs. Exp. in managing a large scale Fabrication shop for Pressure Vessels /Process modules/ Heat Exchangers / Columns/ large volume pre-fabricated piping/structural etc.
- Candidate must also be well conversed with site repair & maintenance services of Static & Rotating equipment. Operations manager is a leadership role with end to end responsibility leading a team of functional heads.
- A person with verifiable capabilities from a well-established Fabrication Shop in India & well versed with latest processes, advances and methodologies in fabrication.
- Knowledge of ASME Codes, shop scheduling, resource planning, budgeting and productivity measurement is desired. Successful candidate must also have fair amount of exposure to latest fabrication technologies, cost optimization, proposal & cost estimation, capacity up gradation etc.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve their best with a team approach. Must have proven networking, interpersonal, people-management and leadership. Self-starter, motivated by working with a high degree of independence to deliver against aggressive plans
