- 1. Scope Study (Drawings, BOW specification), preparation of scope statements, should have thorough knowledge in Electro mechanical Activities.
2. Should be able to prepare Construction programs for projects by identifying various activities, logical sequencing, working out the resource requirements using Primavera Project Planner Version P6 related to Hospitals, Commercial buildings, Substations, Hotels, water supply system etc.
3. Identify critical path and prepare S curve, tracking and monitoring progress, forecast schedules, highlight the deviations
4. Should be able to prepare S-Curve for progress monitoring, Resource Planning, Manpower Histograms ,Look ahead programs, Monthly forecast, daily, weekly & Monthly reports, material & drawing status updates & other documents related to Client/consultants
5. A graduate from NICMAR(National Institute of Construction Management and Research-Mumbai or Pune) would be an added advantage.
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
A graduate from NICMAR(National Institute of Construction Management and
Research-Mumbai or Pune) would be an added advantage.
Should be able to handle Client /Consultant issues,report to the Project Manager at site.
Should be responsible for all documentation, reports related to planning at site level & submit reports to HO related to all resources on a regular
basis fortnightly, monthly & for CEO presentations.
