The position will be responsible for:
Management of Agro Processing Plant
-To ensure smooth operation of the Plants
-To ensure agreed production output within cost constraints
-To maintain & improve the quality of the brands.
-Technical Trouble shooting
-To be actively involved in identifying opportunities to add value to crops.
-To implement & run projects that ass value to crops
Management of Snack
- To ensure smooth operation of snack extrusion plant
- To ensure agreed production output within cost constraints
- To maintain & improve the quality
Overseeing of Farm Manager
-To ensure Farm is well run & managed
Quality
-To implement & maintain adequate quality management systems within all plants
Distribution
-To ensure cost effective & timely distribution of stock to industry
warehouse
Human Resource
-Management & Motivation of staff
Engineering
-To oversee the maintenance of all equipment within budgeted costs.
The desired profile will be any Graduate/Post Graduate candidate with strong inter personal skills & having 10 yrs. experience into Plant Operations with Food/Food Processing companies.
