- PDH Plant Supervisor
Egyptian Polypropylene Company in Egypt is inviting potential candidates to submit Resume for the challenging assignment of Propane Dehydrogenation Plant Supervisor position for the world class 350,000 MTA Polypropylene complex at Port Said in Egypt.
Purpose
Plant Supervisor will lead operations shifts of the Propane Dehydrogenation Unit.
He will be responsible for operating the plant during the shift and manage all technical activities as required for smooth & uninterrupted run of the plant.
The Plant Supervisor is required to manage the shift team and provide necessary skills and expertise to his team for maintaining best performance.
Plant Supervisor will liaison with the maintenance and other teams to get necessary work done for the interest of the plant and ensure seamless communications with all supporting functions.
Qualifications: Minimum B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering
Experience
10 15 years experience in a Refinery and Petrochemical field.
He should have good technical and supervising skills to manage shifts efficiently.
Should have clear understanding of dehydrogenation reaction technology.
He should preferably have experience in operating reformer unit in refinery, gas/naphtha cracker complex and good understanding of reaction kinetics.
He should have worked in a supervisory position/deputy manager position in a similar large process unit for at least 8 years.
