- BE/B. Tech Chemical Engineer with min. 8 - 10 years of procurement experience in procurement of raw materials (Rubber, Filler, Oil, chemicals etc.), Consumables, chemicals, tools & CAPEX items for rubber factory
- Candidate must also have experience with regard to negotiation of frame agreement and service contracts.
- Must be thorough to handle financial and customs related transactions.
- Should be able to carry independent TBEs, Vendor evaluations, techno-commercial negotiations and framing up of purchase orders.
- Fluency to speak Arabic & Chinese shall be an added advantage.
- Work Experience : 8.0 To 18.0 Years
