- Have a broad and reasonable depth of understanding of Banking industry and the Technology aspects that influence it
- Able to track developments in Banks, Banking and relevant Technologies, and identify key trends that has potential to create additional revenue for the organization
- Proficient in building long term business plans with details and benchmarks against industry trends, addressable market share, competition analysis
- Contribute to the Growth aspiration of the Organization by bringing in the industry and special skills under Research in Banking and Banking Technology
- Specialist in engaging with Universities, Research Organizations, Industry Bodies and fostering collaboration and co-creation, in his/her region
- Research oriented
- Urge to learn and contribute to larger organizational goals
- Need to collaborate with different teams including Product, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and also external teams
- Identification of space, targets and aware of process involved in carrying out research, collaborative ideation and co-creation
- Work with clear measurable metrics with regards to number of universities and research organizations engaged with, number of thought leadership artifacts produced, number of co-creation initiatives developed, number of deals influenced and number of leads generated.
- Ideally 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Having worked with leading consulting firms in the area of Banking and Technology research
- Working experience with research organizations
