    Implementation, training and ongoing maintenance of document control systems
    Quality control of document management in accordance with policies and procedures
    Document retention / archiving
    Issuing of project documentation to stakeholders
    Project stakeholder collaboration
    Coordination of project reporting including status reports
    Coordination of project meetings
    Preparation of draft agendas and meeting minutes
    General project administration duties as required to support the Project Team

    Candidate to have excellent knowledge of MS Projects and good in communication.
