Qualification Graduate in Mechanical engineering with HVAC background
Experience 5-8 years work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
QHSE Ensure that Companys Policy and system relevant to his/ her operational area are implemented correctly.
Responsible for ensuring workers follow proper QHSE policies and rules
Operations Overall responsibility for Project Management
Report site activities to Project Manager / General Manager
Well acquainted with HVAC installation works - Chillers, Package units, VRFs, AHUs, related ducting, Fire Fighting & Sprinkler system
Responsible for quality of works and productivity
Oversee material storage and handling on site
Raise indents for Major & Minor equipment and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with Design team and make necessary site modifications
Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports
Attend Technical & Progress Meetings with Client / Consultants / Management
Ensure adherence to Project milestones / time line, timely project completion
Any other deemed necessary related to Project assignment
