* Should be conversant with designs and installation of all plumbing systems - cold water, hoit water, mains distribution, water tanks, foul drainage (internal and extrenal).
* Fire fighting systems - hose reel, dry riser, sprinkler and hvac.
* Should be able to prepare work programme, bills of quantities for materials, re-measurements of works done, monthly valuations.
* Should be able to attend site meetings and co-ordinate works with main contractor and consulting engineers.
* Should have experience on high rise buildings, hotels.
