• To source bus and truck body fabrication work from automobile manufacturers and dealers, fleet operators and large institutions (e.g. organized retail etc.) at profitable terms
  • To source fabrication works on contract from mines/ extracting industries and manufacturing/ production units, including in-situ works involving complex fabrication requirement
  • To participate and win Government and PSU contracts for fabrication jobs
  • To identify and tie up with right organizations (technical, financial, representation, etc.) for acquisition of profitable contract in and outside Tanzania
  • Negotiation and closure of deals 

  • A graduate mechanical Engineer with 10 or more years of experience in hard core project sales (in fabrication) in sectors like automobile, mining/ extraction and industrial infrastructure 
  • Preferred age: 32-38 years
  • Techno- commercial knowledge of fabrication costing 
  • East African experience will be an added advantage
  • Ability to speak fluent English is a must; excellence in written communication in English will be an added advantage; people with knowledge of Swahili will have an edge
  • Should have experience in end to end completion of large and complex fabrication works that involves tendering and winning contract, to client relationship management and leadership in execution process to ensure repeat order
  • Skilled in commercial contract document preparation, BoQ, client handling and supervision of over execution and delivery process to client satisfaction
  • Should be adept in vendor development and receivables management for new assignments
  • Strong business acumen & costing skills with proven network of clients 
  • Fluency in written & spoken English is a must; excellent presentation skills 
  • Hands on with hard working mindset and a team player
  • Multi-tasking abilities and ability to manage deadlines and time constraints well

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered
