- Looking for a Manager Purchase for one of the leading MNC in Refrigeration and AC industry based at Bahrain.
Qualification BE (preferably some additional qualification on Materials Management)
Min 15 - 20 years out of which majority should be in HVAC & Refrigeration

Very well conversant with ERP platforms
Core requirement for the position :
Very sound knowledge of key components like Compressors, Motors, Controllers, Raw materials etc.
Working knowledge of MRP & order processing
Knowledge & hands on experience @ Component certifications like UL, CE etc & product testing.
Proficiency in Vendor development, Vendor assessment, Value Engineering, alternate sourcing etc.
Liaising with Quality Assurance, PPC, Production, Stores, Marketing, Accounts & Suppliers
Familiar with QMS & EMS standards are very much required.
Ability to work under pressure & in different time zones (as the suppliers geographical location would determine the time zone).
Candidate will report to DGM Materials (DGM Materials reports to MD).
Salary will be based on exp & qualification.
