- 1. Experience of Inspection and Testing of various Electrical & Instrumentation Equipments like:
a) LV, MV, HV, Instrumentation & Control Cables
b) Conduits & Cable Trays
c) Various HV & LV Panels
d) Transformer
e) HV/LV Switchgear
f) F&G System
g) Lightening & Earthing System
h) Loop Checking, Inspection & Testing of various field instruments like Flow, Pressure, Level Instrument, Control Valve, Pressure Safety Valve, Pressure Testing etc.
i) Calibration of various instruments.
2. Plan, Review and Implement QMS requirements.
3. Oversee investigation, root cause analysis and closure of NCR's.
4. Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5. Day to day planning and organizing Inspection and testing activities at site.
6. Update inspection reports and close outs.
7. Maintain all QA/QC Records (Inspection Requests, Materials & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Test Records, NCR, SOM, Snag lists etc.) at site.
8. Supervise Document Control Team and ensure effective implementation of document control system.
9. Compile and ensure practical effective downstream implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
10. Implement and review the Project Quality Plan and Method statements on a regular basis.
11. Ensure deliverables (MS, QCP, ITP, Material Submittal, and Drawings etc) are checked for clients requirements before submission to the client.
12. Ensure inspection reports and requests are submitted to the client as per contract and program.
13. Liaise with Clients and Suppliers on Quality issues, customer complaints and continual improvement.
14. Co-ordinate with project team to ensure timely calibration of IMTEs as per the schedule.
- 13+ years experience
- Management of Site Quality Control activities, Implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems, timescales, Client Management etc.
QMS, ISO 9001 Documentation, Site QA / QC Management, Project Quality Documentation like PQP, Quality Procedures, ITPs, Method Statement etc., Statistical Analysis, Training on QMS & Improvement Methodology, Document Management / Control System, Presentation & Communication Skill, MS Office.
This position is offshore Island based.
Rotation Schedule : 05 months work followed by 01 month paid leave.
Working Hours : 12 hours per day & 07 days a week.
