Our Client, a Multinational EPC Company constructing Hydrocarbon Processing Projects at Abu Dhabi requires a qualified and experienced, QC Manager at Abu Dhabi for the above project work on contract basis

    Qualification : BE / B. Tech (Mechanical) or equivalent, CSWIP 3.2 / ASME, ASNT Level 2, ISO Lead auditors course certificate, NACE certified Coating inspector Still Valid
    or Diploma with AMIE or with PG dip in premier institutions with all certifications for welding, NDT as above

    Experience :
    1. 15-20 years out of which should have worked in Gulf Oil & Gas Projects at least for 4-5 years
    2. Should have experience in working in Brown Field Projects
    3. Previously worked in Gulf countries Projects will be an added advantage
    4. Should have worked as a manager for the last 5 years
    5. Should have good spoken, written English and shall be a good computer literate
    6. Should have completed atleast 3 projects till the end.
    7. Should have hands-on experience in carrying out DP / MPI and should be able to interpret radiographs
    8. Should have exposure to multidiscipline experience including civil and E&I
    9. Should act as welding engineer whenever required and handle all welder qualification.
    10. Awareness of codes and specification and specially in welding techniques and welding metallurgy
    11. Shall be well versed in auditing and documentation
    Should have good command over the subcontractors and close rapport with the client and PMC.
    To provide quality assurance and quality control at site for ongoing activities in accordance with quality plan and as required by the client and their specification

    Responsible for all disciplines of the project (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)
    Mainly attributed to the welding and NDT of piping and structural work, painting and insulation.
    Shall also ensure the requirements of civil, E & I, Equipment
    Vendor inspection.

    Responsible for preparation and application of Procedures and Method Statements.
    Responsible for WPS / PQR and shall take care of the welding engineers requirement.
    Shall understand the Scope of work for all disciplines and formulate the list of procedures required for the project.
    Shall understand and ensure following project specifications
    Responsible to guide to prepare Procedures for Civil, E & I, Equipment and others using the help of other disciplines engineers.
    Guide the construction team to prepare method statements and ensure compliance to quality plan and project specification

    Responsible for ITP, Welder Qualification & Inspection Services
    Prepare ITP for each activity for all disciplines including welding, piping, mechanical, rotary and static equipment
    Prepare ITPs with help of discipline engineers for civil, E & I and others
    Prepare scope of NDT contractor based on the project engineering documents and clients requirement
    Prepare ITP for vendors
    Provide Receipt inspection services for all materials and equipment for all disciplines
    Welder training and qualification including performing WPS/PQR

    Responsible for Services to disciplines other than welding
    Arrange to set up site testing services for instrumentation and Electrical with the assistance of discipline engineers
    Prepare scope for TPI for vendors, and organize the same thru Project engineer
    Prepare HT procedures and follow up for method statements with construction
    Establish consumable storage and distribution
    Provide inspection services for site activities for all disciplines and follow up with construction on day to day basis
    Provide procedures for painting and insulation and coordinate with construction for the required method statements
    DCC pertaining to quality documentation associated with Construction and Project Dossier preparation

    Responsible for Audits and Reporting and controls
    Arrange to Prepare weld control sheets, repair status and advice corrective actions
    Carryout periodical audits on all systems including every discipline and issue NCR or CAR

    Duration : Six Months
    Mobilisation - Immediate
    Remuneration : US $ 5000/- per Month worked at site
    Working hours : 10 hours per day, 6 days per week

    Food, Bachelor Accommodation, Local Transportation, visa, air travel tickets, insurance will be provided by Client
