- Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for competent professional candidates for following position for their oil and gas pipeline / process plants projects UAE and Saudi Arabia and Algeria.
Position: QC Inspector
Qualification: B. E. (Mechanical) / DME
Additional: ASNT Level II in PT / MT / RT / UT, CSWIP
Preferable: ISO 9001 Certified Auditor
Experience: 7-8 Years in Oil &Gas construction with Valve Manufacturing / Vendor Inspection Experience
Job Responsibilities in Brief:
1). WPS / PQR Review
2). Stage wise Inspections as per ITP and specification.
3). Mechanical / Chemical testing, review with applicable codes
4). Issue of NCRs / CARs and Closeout
5). Valve testing, FAT & SAT of Valves
6). Dimensional inspection
7). Preparation of Daily Reports,
8). Liaison with Vendor / Contractor / COMPANY
9). External Audits on Vendor
Remuneration: AED 7000 to 8000 plus free food and accommodation (sharing status)
The person will have to be based at China for few months and after that he will be posted at the project site.
