Experience: 5 - 8 yrs.
1. Possesses relevant knowledge of Professional standards and practices.NEBOSH/IOSH Certified
2. Ensure that the Q-HSE management system is implemented and managed in accordance with the latest version of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
3. Evaluate Q-HSE management system performance
4. Responsible for accurate preparation and submission of reports
5. Meets internal and external deadlines
6. Attends internal and external meeting, ensuring actions are implemented/action taken.
7. To continually develop and improve the knowledge and awareness of staff on Q-HSE
8. Capable of handling projects with minimum direction and supervision
9. Able to interact with the project team regarding QHSE requirements
10. Responsible for / Co-ordinates / Contributes towards relevant QHSE Audits
11. Able to build and sustain interdepartmental / external partnerships
12. Works alongside operations to create and drive a culture of zero injuries or serious incidents
13. Produces/assists in the preparation of O & M Manuals in coordination with site management team
14. Ensure support for contract follow-up regarding compliance with ISO and OHSAS requirements
15. Ensure zero LTI in all projects
16. Develops and facilitates project HSE risk assessments
17. Conducts investigations and analyses of, and report’s findings to management on Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis, Incidents, near misses, and damages
18. Develops and monitors HSE performance, progress, preventive and corrective action plans.
