- Client Profile:
- To evaluate and check relevant contract documents and work out Bill of quantities for Mechanical / Piping works for QS Mechanical and Civil / structural works for QS Civil.
- Check and review bill of quantities of sub - contractors as per the works completed at site vis a vis contract document.
- Segregate and measure all internal and external items according to scope of work and check quantity take off.
- Carry out the accurate quantity review of the specific work done at site
- Maintain the measurement books of sub-contractors as per the job done
Our client, a reputed and leading Engineering & Construction Company based in Dubai has several upcoming project Oil & Gas, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors, are urgently looking for following Quantity Surveyor for their pipeline project in Saudi Arabia for immediate employment.
Quantity Surveyors (one in Mechanical and one in Civil)
Qualification: B. E. Mechanical/ DME and B. E. Civil/DCE
Experience: Minimum 6 yrs for degree holder and 8 years for diploma holder of proven experience in Quantity Surveying in respective field in mechanical & civil in cross country pipeline project. At least, one project experience shall be in pipeline project.
