Quantity Surveyors for Korean Engineering & Construction Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Urgently required for a leading Korean Engineering & Construction Company involved Polymer Projects at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi (UAE).

BRG4 

-B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Estimation, Tendering & Quantity Surveying with minimum Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
-Previous sub or main contractor experience at least 3 years 
-To be an excellent communicators and possess impressive numeracy skills to handle the financial and mathematical demands of the role.
-Good understanding of the construction process across the life cycle of the project
-Effective writing and communication skills 
-Familiar with knowledge of engineering and construction standards and practices
-The letter correspondence from COMPANY and SUBCONTRACTOR
-To participate in the meeting with COMPANY and SUBCONTRACTOR and write a NOM
-Analysis of claim from Subcontractor
-External liaison with suppliers and customers
-Production of reports regarding project progress and contractual issues.
-Dispute resolution and arbitration
-To undertake any other reasonable duties as required. 
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
