We have an immediate opening of a Manager / DGM - Regional Brand Manager (RBM) for the Power Tools Division for our Multinational client BOSCH LTD to be based in Bangalore

Role Details

1. Business Responsibility - Net Sales, Margins and Logistical Targets for the product areas defined
2.Product Management - Incountry product range, Pricing, Innovation, and growth
3. Brand Management - Marketing of the brand to ensure presence in the market as per guidelines
4. Promotions & trade marketing - To ensure the right push for the product inthe channel and users in order to help Sales colleagues ensure sales achievement.
5. Planning & Strategy - Plan for future course of business in terms of new markets entry, new product development request.

Area of responsibility India & SAARC

Key Activities

Regular
1. Define (with BU approval) and implement regional growth strategies
- Execute overall Accessories strategy in region
- Achieve regional BU targets (Gross Sales, Gross Margin, Logistical)
- Ensure that different markets have and maintain a competitive product range
- Ensure that relevant innovations are introduced in markets on time in coordination with BU.
2. Trade marketing & communication activities 3. Product wise forecasts and new product tracking 4. Market & user study and competitor feedback to BU 

Periodic - Follow or evaluate new market and user trends
- Monitoring and analysis of allocated competitors
- Check, analyze and report KPI's
- Contact to suppliers, competitors, agencies

Occasional - Define the annual marketing plan and growth projects - Represent CSO in the annual Growth meetings

Working Relationships
Internal - Accessories sales team - Accessories Business Unit including Distribution Managers - PT Marketing & sales teams
External - External agencies for trade marketing activities - Users & Dealers for support & demand generation

Qualifications Graduate in engineering and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales and/or Business Administration

Experience (No. of years) > 10 years

Areas of experience/Competencies
Senior professional, age >32, >10 years working experience in Sales and Marketing of Power Tool or technical commodity industry, international and cross-functional working experience. Power Tool accessory experienced preferred

Location -Bangalore
