Attain Companys Objective & Sales 1. Achieving sales target without foregoing companys & business ethics.
2. Achieving sales through Channel Management, retail redistribution, Key Account Management, Sales Promotion, Sales Administration, Debtor's / receivables management.
Direct Handling of Key Distributors 1. Daily monitoring either directly or through assigned Line Managers.
2. Should cover all KD's in a monthly Cycle
MIS & Budgeting 1. Ensuring timely MIS
2. Compiling sales reports
Inventory Management 1. Effective Inventory Management Skills.
2. Planning & implementing measures to have proper stock management.
Soilage, Damage & Expiry Controls 1. Monitoring soilage of the stocks.
2. Identifying near to expiry products & sending it back to the principal warehouse.
3. Ensuring that the depot monitors expired products.
4. Implementation of the FIFO principle for products distribution.
5. Ensuring proper accounting of the damaged products.
Act as interface with channel partners such as wholesale, retail, hospital & clinicians 1. Our business rests on these partner's satisfaction and RM's ought to strive ethically to achieve same.
Liaison with Back Office 1. Accounts and Supply Chain liaison necessary to ensure debts & stocks are monitored & controlled.
