Job Responsibility:
Promoting the sales of product channel network.Sales Budgeting Should be aware of Costing and Pricing Concept Handling the dealers network, Channel Sales, Project Sales Effective merchandising and displays for product promotion.Planning for replacement and orders.Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of company's goals and objectives.Obtain the knowledge of the steel items company is dealing with.Be in contact with the headquarter staff at all times to follow up the sales statues and update the market situation on a regular basis.Evaluates sales targets of team, execution plan and accomplishments towards planning results.Responsible for the performance and development.Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Candidate Profile:-
Graduate Plus Post Graduate/Management Degree 2-3 year’s experience in India in Field Sales preferably in steel products,roofing products, construction materials etc.Willing to work at least medium term in Mozambique Bachelor status Smart Personality Must be fluent in English, Hindi. Preferably Gujarati and Portuguese. Willing to learn Portuguese
