Sales & Marketing Manager for R C Manubhai Group of Companies Ltd in Suva, Fiji

Job Purpose ::


Position will be mainly tasked with marketing our Clients range of Tiles and sanitary ware line of products, maximizing sales within a key territory. The role will be focused on developing business within the Retail channel ( 9 branches nationwide ) as well as involvement in the development of new line of products.


Job duties include but are not limited to ::


• Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan for Tiles and Sanitary ware line of products.
• Present to customer the latest updated Tiles and Sanitary ware products in order to increase sales and strengthen the position and image of our company maintain rapport with Architects, Contractors and Builders to get new projects.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys for product development in Tiles and Sanitary ware items.
• Capable of explaining all the technical information of the products as well as communicating the mode of use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
• Training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills to Staffs for Tiles and Sanitary ware products.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new line of products.


Desired Skills ::


• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Should develop close relationship with the Dealers, Distributors and Chanel Partners
• The position will be responsible for business targets for Tiles and Sanitary ware for assigned branches ( 9 Branches- Nationwide)
• Should develop close relationship with the Builders, Contractors, Architects. 
• Should be aggressive and target oriented.


Candidates with only Tiles and Sanitary ware background will be considered.


Candidate must have valid passport in hand.
