Job Description
Overall 15+ years of professional experience, with at least:
4-5 years of SAP projects management experience using ASAP project management methodology, techniques and tools having managed 3 end to end implementations.
4-5 projects SAP implementation experience in any module as a Functional Consultant (AM projects only experience is not preferred).
Is a committed individual with entrepreneur skills and customer focus.
Has knowledge of and competency in project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documenting and record keeping.
Has enforced adherence of standard project management methodology and practices, and enterprise knowledge management in his/her projects.
Has pre-sales experience and has managed bids as a bid manager.
Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, peers, team members and clients.
Is PMP/Prince 2 certified (preferred).
Have excellent soft skills: written and verbal communication and presentations.
Has excellent liaison and consultative skills : negotiating skills within the context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests.
Has International experience with at least 1 project experience in the respective geography (KSA and/or GCC) is preferred.
Local language is an added plus.
Atos GCM level : 5.
Education Qualification
Masters Degree, Engineer, or MBA preferred.
