- ITI with minimum 7+ years experience as Scaffolding chargehand
- Should have minimum 5+ years gulf experience.

- Skills:
o Certificate holder from a reputable institution and possessing at least 5 to 10 years of actual extensive experience in Scaffolding.
o Has capability to calculate the counterweight for outboard of heavy duty Suspended Scaffolding.
o Highly skilled as a Scaffolding Supervisor and had numerous relevant Trainings.
o Proficient in the preparation, erecting and dismantling of Scaffolding materials.
o Knowledgeable in various Scaffolding material types and applications.
o Excellent Planning specifically Spare Parts Management, Proactive Planning and Leadership skills. Cost control awareness is an advantage.
o He must be Proficient in English, both Oral and Written.
o Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
o Excellent adaptability to a multicultural environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs
o Superior interpersonal skills with a strong approach.
o Has high capability to understand and analysis the trouble shooting methodology to resolve complex problems.
o The position holder must be able to motivate and convince people to involve themselves in Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Work requires good planning, influencing and manpower management skills with a significant degree of evaluative judgement needed.
Job Description:
Provides technical knowledge and expertise and supervision for erecting, dismantling and scaffolding for construction activity. Ability to optimize resources (Manpower, Equipments & Materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of works. Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures & work practices.
To ensure the scaffolding procedure which includes work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipments and material, specification standards are included and follow up, in work scaffolding erecting, construction and dismantling.
To inspect scaffolding erections prior to use. Provide an inspection program for all scaffold structures to ensure that minimum safety requirement are met.
To ensure all scaffold material are good condition and free from defects. Scaffolds have attached indicating (Tag) safe or not to be used.
Plans and supervises on daily basis of scaffolding activities for all the BCSW construction activities by implementing logbook system for stock inventory of the scaffold assets.
Contributes to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance budgets. Ensures that all Maintenance Scaffolding services are carried out within budget.
Participates in the planning of maintenance of Scaffolding, assessing resources, material and logistic requirements.
Supervises and directs personnel in his area of responsibility which is scaffolding services to provide an efficient maintenance service to operations.
Responsible for the support of Company Safety and Quality policies and programs.
Supports companys initiatives in the area of ISO 9000, ISO14001.
Recommends and participates in training programs.
