- General-
Reporting to the SHE & Quality Manager, to assist in the effective operation of the Safety, Training,Quality and Environmental function within all operating sites through the completion of nominated key tasks and any other duties as required
Key duties/responsibilities-
1. Technical Quality, Environmental and Safety Audits, Accident Investigation,Site inspection, conducting risk assessment, preparing reports
2. Administration Maintenance of Occupational Health & Safety Management / EMS / QA systems (Audit, Compliance, Advice), Produce monthly Safety
Statistics, Produce Quarterly Quality Statistics
3. Customer care Advice / liaison with AMBHertel Site Management and Client Safety Officers, Attend and be proactive at Site Safety Meetings and STQ Meetings
4. Office Management Ensure good standards of housekeeping and efficient use of resources.Demonstrate leadership & coordination
5. Training Assist with Site Inductions, Site Operative General Training, Specialist Training (Where Qualified Scaffold, confined space & height work,
Environmental, Safety Passport)
6. HSE Maintain safe working environment for self and others Ensure minimum wastage of resources.

Academic Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Engineering
Technical Qualification/Training
HSE Diploma 1 yr
NEBOSH Certificate (Achieved )
Quality Auditor (Qualified / Working towards)
Have first aid, fire fighting & Gas test certificate.
Experience required
5-6 years Oil & Gas Industry site experience.
Others
Knowledge of scaffolding, Insulation, Painting & Refractory.
