A relationship managers role involves working with clients to help them make the right decisions with their accounts and explain the financial services on offer to them.
A Relationship Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires thorough financial and sector knowledge in order to provide sound and reliable advice to clients. The major skills and competencies that employers look for are:
- Relevant work experience of around of 10-12 years, out of which minimum 5 years as Relationship Manager in a bank, handling Commercial Division. Prior experience in UAE is a must.
- Age: 35 to 38 years
Compensation Details:
Basic Salary : AED 30K to 35K per month
Airfare, Transportation, Medical.
30 days Calendar Leaves,
