- To work as a service engineer in a multi brand automobile workshop which cater to cars, SUVs and pick-up trucks of Japanese (mainly Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Isuzu brands) and Indian brands
- To serve the need for captive fleet of cars and SUVs, small buses and pickup trucks, LCVs, HCVs (trucks and buses)
- To grab retail market share from other reputed automobile workshops in Dar es Salam through service excellence competitive pricing
- To guarantee service revenues from spare parts and AMCs
- A graduate Automobile Engineer with 10 or more years of experience in hard core automobile after sales service (automobile workshop)
- Should be currently employed in middle/ Senior level position with reputed dealers of Honda, GM, Hyundai or Maruti in one of the big metros like Delhi or Mumbai
- Preferred age: maximum 35 years and with pleasant personality
- Should be hands on with multiple technical skillsets and a client servicing mindset
- Should be willing to work overtime and in shifts in the hours of need
- Ability to speak at least working level English is a must; knowledge of Swahili will be advantage
- Should be adept in vendor development and receivables management
- Strong business acumen & costing skills to offer comp
- Should be thorough with insurance procedure and reimbursement claims
- Should be excellent in costing to offer competitive prices to customers for major repair and refurbishment jobs
- Multi-tasking abilities and ability to manage deadlines and time constraints well
- Experienced in CRM (customer relationship management)
