- Should be conversant with installation of all plumbing systems- cold water, hot water, mains distribution,water tanks,foul drainage (internal and external)
- Fire fighting systems- hose reel, dry riser, sprinkler.
- Should have experience on high rise buildings, hotels.
- Should be able to read all drawings- mechanical, architectural, structural.
- Should be conversant with industry normative on quantum of work expected from the workers.
- Must be able to work to timelines as per programme of works.
