What youll do
As a C++ Software Developer you will be responsible for developing high-speed automated trading systems in C++ for the Linux operating system.
With your strong technical background and your insight into trading, you will work closely together with Traders, Researchers and other Developers to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable solutions using the latest technologies.
You will use your strong object-oriented C++ skills to improve existing trading strategies or design and implement new strategies, while managing clear expectations towards internal stakeholders.
With your pro-active and innovative mind you are determined to constantly stay on top of your technical and business knowledge.
What youll need
An academic degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or Information Systems;
At least 3-5 years of working experience as a software developer in C++, with an excellent track record;
Solid experience in STL, Boost and other popular (open source) C++ libraries;
Expert knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems;
Knowledge of High Performance Computing, low latency and real-time development;
Experience with multithreading in C++;
Strong knowledge of financial markets and derivatives trading;
preferably 2 years of working experience within the automated trading development realm;
The ambition to develop yourself constantly through training and on-the-job development;
Good understanding of C++ 11/14 is a plus;
A background in Mathematics and working experience with algorithms is a plus;
Be a team player and communicator who enjoys creative freedom and independence.
